I saw this on television and then searched for it. I made it a day later because it's so simple. Ingredients:
2 (8 ounce) packages of cream cheese |
1 cup of sugar |
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract |
2 (large) eggs |
12 vanilla wafers |
(optional): 1 can of pie filling of your flavor selection |
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees 2. Line a cup-cake pan with 12 cup-cake liner papers 3. Grab a bowl and start beating the cream cheese with a mixer. (It'd be easiest if the cream cheese is softened.) Beat the cream cheese until it's fluffy. 4. Add the sugar and vanilla to to the cream cheese. 5. Add eggs one at a time. 6. Place a vanilla wafer, flat side down, into each of the cups. 7. Evenly distribute the cream cheese mixture into the twelve cups. 8. Bake for 20 minutes. 9. Allow to cool, and spoon pie filling of your choice onto top. 10. Enjoy. |
