1 2/3 cup graham cracker crumbs |
1/4 cup sugar |
1/4 cup melted butter |

16 oz cream cheese-room temp |
3/4 cup sugar |
1 tea pure vanilla |
2 eggs |

16 oz sour cream |
2 t sugar |
1/2 tea vanilla |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven 375 2. Combine the ingredients for the crust and place in pie pan be sure to go up the sides. Bake for 8 min. 3. Meanwhile in large bowl cream together cream cheese and sugar beating well, add eggs one at a time then vanilla. 4. Pour on top of crust and bake for 20 minutes 5. Combine ingredients for topping; pour over cheese cake increase heat to 475 and bake for 5 more minutes. 6. Chill for several hours. |
