This is so easy to make and is so tasty! I have added cherries and strawberries as toppings, but my family prefers it plain. Ingredients:
1 (4 ounce) package any flavor instant pudding mix |
1 1/2 cups cold milk |
1/2 cup whipping cream |
8 ounces cream cheese |
Directions:
1. Soften cheese at room temperature.
2. beat together with pudding mix adding milk slowly.
3. Stir in whipped topping.
4. Spoon into ready-made crust.
5. Can frost with additional toppings.
6. Refrigerate.
