Cheeseburger pie Ingredients:
2 eggs |
1 cup bisquick |
2 cups 2% milk |
1 pound hamburger |
2 cups cheddar cheese |
1/2 onion |
Directions:
1. mix bisquick, milk and eggs
2. chop onions
3. brown hamburger in a pan with chopped onions
4. put hamburger mixture in a casserole dish lined with cooking spray
5. top with Cheddar cheese
6. pour bisquick mixture on top
7. Bake for 30 minutes on 350 degrees
