A fast way for a homemade mac 'n' cheese sauce. Ingredients:
1/2 cup powdered milk |
1 cup water |
4 slices american cheese (use the singles individually wrapped style) |
Directions:
1. Blend the water and dry milk powder briefly to mix. 2. Simmer on medium, stirring constantly, add the cheese, broken into pieces. 3. Stir until incorporated, salt to taste. 4. Remove from heat and use immediately, or store in fridge for later. |
