Very easy quick appetizer Ingredients:
1 cup water |
1/2 tsp salt |
1 cup flour |
1 1/4 cup swiss |
1/4 cup parmesean |
2 t butter |
4 eggs |
1 t dijon mustard |
Directions:
1. Bring water, butter, seasonings, to boil. 2. Add flour, stir until smooth ball stage. 3. remove from heat. 4. Add to mixing bowl-beat in eggs one at a time until ball is smooth and shiny. 5. Stir in cheese and mustard 6. drop by teaspoonful onto greased sheets. 7. sprinkle with parmesean cheese 8. bake 425 degrees for 15-20 minutes |
