This is a super easy and basic recipe for a cheddar egg bake. Ingredients:
6 eggs, slightly beaten |
1 cup shredded low-fat cheddar cheese (4 ounces) |
1/2 cup milk |
2 tablespoons butter, softened |
1 teaspoon prepared mustard |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 325 degrees. 2. Mix all ingredients. 3. Pour into ungreased baking pan, 8 x 8 x 2 inches. 4. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until eggs are set. |
