Found this recipe on the back of a Bloody Mary Mix bottle. I like to use baby bay shrimp and spicy bloody mary mix. Sometimes I will add in chopped avacado or serve in halved avacados. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
1 lb pre-cooked shrimp (thawed, if frozen)
12 ounces prepared pico de gallo
8 ounces seafood cocktail sauce
1 cup bloody mary mix
1 lime, juice of
1 -2 avocado, chopped (optional)
tortilla chips
Directions:
1. Drain shrimp and place in bowl.
2. Add pico de gallo, cocktail sauce, bloody mary mix and lime juice.
3. Mix together. Add in Avacado, if desired.
4. Serve with Tortilla Chips.
