This one has lamb but simply exclude the meat for a vegetarian caesar salad. There are better ways to make this vegetarian dressing but this is by far the quickest Ingredients:
chopped or torn romaine lettuce |
6 halved kalamata olives |
1/3 diced tomato |
feta cheese crumble |
1 heaping tsp dijon style nayonaise or soy mayo and good mustard |
1-3 tsp water |
Directions:
1. Mix dijon nayonaise and 1-3 tsp water until a thin dressing is formed 2. Toss chopped lettuce and dressing in bowl 3. Add remaining ingredients to the top of the salad and serve |
