This is so good. I just loved this recipe! Ingredients:
2 cups pineapple, chopped |
2 yellow bell peppers, seeded and chopped |
3 kiwi fruits, peeled and chopped |
1 small red onion, finely chopped |
1 cup mango, chopped peeled |
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped |
2 teaspoons jalapeno peppers, chopped seeded |
1 lime, juice of |
Directions:
1. Combine pineapple, bell peppers, kiwi, onion, mango, cilantro, jalapeno and lime juice. 2. Cover and chill 2 hours. 3. Serve with fish or chicken. |
