another quick & easy cake frosting Ingredients:
1/2 c. butter/margarine |
1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed |
1/4 c. milk |
1-3/4 to 2 c. confectioner's sugar, sifted |
Directions:
1. Melt butter in sauce pan.
2. Add brown sugar.
3. Boil over low heat 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
4. Cool to lukewarm.
5. Gradually add confectioner's sugar.
6. Beat until thick enough to spread.
7. Note: If icing becomes too stiff, add a little hot water.
