Easy Canned Bean & Carrot Soup

Simple to make and apparently negative calorie too (i.e. takes more calories to digest than what is present). Wonderful taste and just perfect for a quick lunch / dinner
Ingredients:
1 (400 g) can of any white beans (or chickpeas)
1 cup stock (vegetable or chicken)
2 cups water
1 cup onion (chopped finely)
1 cup carrot (diced)
1/2-1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
1. Combine beans, stock, water, onion and carrot and cook for 15minutes.
2. Add Black Pepper and Lemon Juice and cook a further 15-20minutes.
3. Serve.
