Easy Cake Mix Peanut Butter Cookies |

Made as an experiment to see if the ridiculously easy cake mix cookies could be turned into peanut butter ones. They can! :) Ingredients:
1 box yellow cake mix |
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter |
2 eggs |
1/3 cup water |
1/4 white sugar |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients other than sugar(thanks, Laurie!) until well combined.
2. Roll dough into walnut sized balls, roll in sugar, and place onto lightly greased cookie sheet, or baking stone.
3. Press with tines of fork to give criss cross appearance.
4. Bake at 350 for about 17 minutes until edges are beginning to brown. DO NOT OVER BAKE
5. Lightly press each cookie, if desired, and let cool completely on baking sheet.
