This bread reminds me of Hawaiian Bread when I use a yellow cake mix and vanilla or almond extract. The possibilities are endless.......try chocolate, lemon, caramel, etc. Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups milk or 1 1/4 cups water |
2 tablespoons butter |
1 cup cake mix (any flavor) |
2 1/2 cups bread flour |
2 teaspoons yeast |
1/4-1/2 teaspoon extract (any flavor) (optional) |
Directions:
1. Add ingredients according to manufacturers recommendations. 2. Cycle should be on white or sweet. 3. Setting should be on light. |
