A friend of my mom gave me this recipe. I have made it, and it is DELICIOUS! It is easy, and believe me people would want more of it. Enjoy! Ingredients:
1kg butternut (peeled and cut into pieces) |
750ml water |
15ml beef stock |
500ml milk |
125ml cream |
5ml parsley |
Directions:
1. Boil the Butternut, water and beef stock together, until the Butternut is soft. 2. Leave to cool down. 3. Squash it and put it back on the stove. 4. Pour the milk in and warm it up on low heat. 5. Stir the cream and Parsley in. 6. Serve with whole wheat bread and enjoy! |
