1/2 cup sugar |
1/2 cup bisquick reduced-fat baking mix |
1 cup fat-free buttermilk |
1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 egg |
4 egg whites |
2 tablespoons coconut |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350. 2. Spray pie plate. 3. Beat all ingredients until smooth. 4. Pour into pie plate. 5. Bake 40-45 minute Cool. |
