Easy Butter Cake With Cinnamon Brown Sugar Old |

This is an old recipe, and oh, so good with a steamin' hot cuppa coffee. Very comforting. Ingredients:
1 package duncan hines butter cake mix |
3/4 cup oil |
1/2 cup sugar |
4 eggs, one at a time |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 cup sour cream |
1 cup chopped pecans |
2 tablespoons brown sugar |
1 tablespoon cinnamon |
Directions:
1. In large mixer bowl, add cake mix, oil, sugar, vanilla, sour cream 2. With electric mixer, mix only until blended 3. Add eggs, one at a time, beating only *slightly* after each addition 4. DO NOT OVERMIX! 5. Stir in pecans by hand 6. Pour one half of the batter into a greased and floured tube or Bundt pan 7. In small bowl, mix cinnamon and brown sugar 8. Sprinkle this over batter 9. Top with remaining batter 10. Bake at 350 degrees for about 50-60 minutes |
