Easy (But Awesome) Beef Enchiladas |

These are just a altered version of Old El Paso's Enchilda recipe, but I absolutely love them. And so does everyone who's ever tried them. I've given this recipe away many, many times! Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
1 (10 ounce) can red enchilada sauce |
2 cups shredded mexican cheese |
6 soft flour tortillas |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. Brown hamburger(season with salt and pepper); Remove from heat. 3. Stir in 1/2 can of enchilada sauce and 1 cup cheese; Fill flour tortillas and put in a well greased baking dish; Top with remaining enchilada sauce and cheese; Bake in oven for 15 minutes, or until edges are crispy! |
