Quick weeknight meal for when time is short. Just needs a simple vegetable or a salad. Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ground beef |
1 can refried beans |
1 packet taco seasoning |
flour tortilla |
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef very well in skillet. 2. Drain. 3. Add refried beans and packet of burrito seasoning. 4. Stir in and heat until heated through. 5. Serve rolled in warmed tortillas with your choice of condiments. 6. We serve with shredded cheese, guacamole, sour cream, and salsa. |
