Easy to make and delicious. You can use any flavor cake mix or frosting, The variations are endless. Ingredients:
1 (18 ounce) pkge. cake mix (any flavor) |
4 eggs |
1 cup milk |
1/2 cup oil |
1 (16 ounce) can frosting (any flavor) |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in bowl and beat on low speed of mixer for 1 minute, then medium speed of mixer for 2 minutes.
2. Pour into a greased and floured Bundt pan.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes.
4. Cool on wire rack for 15-20 minutes and then unmold.
5. It is good topped with powdered sugar or a glaze or just plain.
