Easy Brown Butter Gnocchi |

Real easy gnocci. Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) box dried gnocchi |
2 tablespoons butter |
1/4 teaspoon seasoning salt |
1 tablespoon feta cheese, crumbles |
Directions:
1. Fill medium saucepan 3/4 full of water. Cover and bring to a boil on high for gnocchi. Stir gnocchi into boiling water; boil 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally or until gnocchi float to top. 2. Preheat large saute pan on high 1-2 minutes. Add butter and seasoned salt; swirl to coat. Cook 1-1 1/2 minutes, stirring often, or just until butter turns brown. Note: Butter will burn if over-cooked. 3. Drain gnocchi. Remove butter from heat and stir in gnocchi; sprinkle with cheese and serve. |
