Easy to make and delicious. Ingredients:
2 roasting chickens, cut up |
salt |
pepper |
paprika |
italian seasoning (optional) |
butter, melted |
Directions:
1. Place broilers in pan, skin side up. 2. Sprinkle with seasonings. 3. Turn skin side down and sprinkle with seasonings. 4. Brush with melted butter. 5. Place in broiler pan as far from flame as possible. 6. Preheat oven to 550 degrees. 7. Broil 10 minutes. 8. Turn over, brush with melted butter and broil 10 minutes. 9. Turn over again and brush with melted butter and broil for 10 minutes and continue this until chicken is done about 40 minutes. |
