My favorite variation on broccoli slaw. Quick, light, and yummy. Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) package broccoli coleslaw mix |
1/2 cup low-fat mayonnaise |
2 tablespoons orange juice |
1/4 cup cashew nuts |
1/4 cup dried cranberries |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients. Mix well. 2. Chill until served. |
