Easy Broccoli Cheese Soup |

Easy to make when you don't have a lot of time. Ingredients:
2 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped broccoli |
1 cup water |
1 tablespoon dried onion or 1 tablespoon dried chives |
1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup |
1 1/2 cups milk |
2 tablespoons butter |
8 ounces velveeta cheese, cubed |
Directions:
1. Cook the broccoli in the water until tender but not mushy. 2. Stir in onion or chives, cream of mushroom soup, milk and butter. 3. Heat to a simmer and cook three minutes, stirring well. 4. Add cheese and stir until it melts. 5. Serve immediately. |
