very easy to make Ingredients:
1 bunch fresh broccoli, chopped into 1 inch pieces |
1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt |
1/2 cup shredded cheese |
1 teaspoon mustard |
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper |
Directions:
1. wash and trim broccoli, cook in a covered pot-in a small amount of water about 10 minutes, drain. 2. Place broccoli in 1 quart casserole dish. 3. combine remaining ingredients, spoon over broccoli. 4. bake uncovered at 400 for 10-15 minutes, or until bubbly. |
