This appetizer is simple to make and only takes a few minutes. The recipe came from a friend of mine. It is delicious! Ingredients:
8 ounces brie cheese |
2/3 cup sugar |
2/3 cup craisins |
2/3 cup chopped pecans |
honey |
Directions:
1. Place brie round in a microwaveable dish.
2. In a small bowl mix brown sugar, chopped pecans and craisins.
3. Sprinkle on top of brie round.
4. Drizzle with honey.
5. Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes.
6. Serve with crackers.
