The easiest and breeziest casserole ever! Ingredients:
3 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed |
1 cup macaroni, cooked |
1 cup fresh mushrooms |
1 can cream of chicken soup |
1/4 cup mayo |
1/4 cup sour cream |
1/2 cup cheese, shredded |
1 tbsp butter |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Cook & season the chicken breasts with garlic. 3. Cook the macaroni pasta according to directions on the box. 4. Saute fresh mushrooms in butter. 5. In a bowl, combine chicken, macaroni, mushrooms, cream of chicken, mayo, sour cream, add any type of vegs you'd like (frozen peas, brocolli, onions, etc) 6. Spread mixture in a 9x13inch dish. 7. Top with any type of cheese. 8. Optional: Top cheese with french fried onions or bread crumbs. 9. Cook for about half hour or until cheese is bubbly. |
