Easy, Breezy Baked Chicken Nuggets |

Perfect finger food for young and old Ingredients:
1/4 cup flour |
1/4 cup parmesan cheese |
1 cup corn flakes, crushed |
1/4 cup buttermilk |
1 lb chicken breast (boneless, skinless, cut into small chunks or strips) |
salt (optional) or pepper (optional) |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray. 2. Combine flour and cheese in a large plastic bag. Pour buttermilk into a shallow bowl. 3. Add chicken pieces one at a time to the flour/cheese mixture and shake until coated. 4. Dip each piece of coated chicken into the buttermilk, covering thoroughly, letting extra buttermilk drain off. 5. Place each chicken piece, one at a time, into the cornflake bag and shake to coat. 6. Place coated chicken on prepared baking sheet. Cook for 5 minutes, flip and cook for another 5 minutes or until done. |
