Easy Breakfast Rice Pudding

Great way to use leftover rice! Simple, yet REALLY delicious.
Ingredients:
3 cups cooked brown rice or 3 cups white rice
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 cup milk or 1 cup rice milk or 1 cup soymilk
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions:
1. Put all in saucepan.
2. Bring to a boil.
3. Simmer, stirring occasionally, 5-8 minutes or till of desired consistency.
4. For Vegan use either the rice milk or soy milk.
