I found this recipe online. I tried it out and my family loved the recipe. Ingredients:
1 pkg. (32 oz.) frozen shredded hash browns |
2 cans of potato soup |
2 (8 oz.) sour cream |
2 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese |
1 c. parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients, stir well. Spoon into greased 9X13 baking dish. 2. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until a little brown. |
