This was the easiest and yummiest shrimp. Cooks up fast and the breading is real light. Ingredients:
olive oil for frying |
10 large shrimp, peeled and deveined |
1 egg, beaten |
2 cups plain bread crumbs |
garlic ( i didnt measure) |
old bay seasoning (i didnt measure) |
paprika (i didnt measure) |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in large skillet. 2. Mix bread crumbs and seasonings 3. Dip shrimp in egg, then coat in bread crumbs 4. Fry the shrimp in the oil. 5. Place fried shrimp on paper towel to soak up some of the grease. 6. (obviously you can make more than 10 shrimp...it is just my fiance and i so i juat made a few and some fish as well for dinner) |
