Another cobbler recipe. Ingredients:
4 cups blackberries |
2 cups sugar, divided |
1 cup flour |
1/2 cup butter, melted |
2/3 cup milk |
2 teaspoons baking powder |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Wash berries, mix with 1 cup sugar. Set aside. 3. In 9” x 13” baking pan, mix with fork: 1 cup sugar, flour, butter, milk, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. 4. Pour berries on top. Do NOT stir. 5. Bake for 45 minutes or until brown on top. |
