These Belgian waffles are not authentic, but they are quick, easy, and delicious. They are perfect for our hardy, eastern Kentucky appetites...thick and dense. This is a recipe I adapted from one I found on . Ingredients:
3 cups bisquick |
2 eggs |
1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk |
3 tablespoons oil |
1 teaspoon oil |
Directions:
1. Whisk together all ingredients in large bowl until thoroughly combined. 2. Let mixture sit for at least an hour. 3. Cook in Belgian waffle maker. 4. Serve with lots of butter and syrup. |
