Great simple recipe! Ingredients:
2 cups sliced onions |
8 ounces fat free cream cheese |
1 tablespoon butter |
2 beef bouillon |
1 1/2 cups boiling water |
Directions:
1. Saute the onions in the butter. 2. Add cream cheese, stirring on low heat until cheese is melted. 3. Dissolve the boullion cube in the boiling water. 4. Add to onion cheese mixture. 5. Heat throughly then serve! |
