Jenny Craig Recipe Ingredients:
5 ounces uncooked wide egg noodles |
15 ounces lean ground beef |
4 tsp vegetable oil |
1 clove garlic, minced |
1/4 tsp salt |
1/4 tsp pepper |
1/2 pound mushrooms, sliced (1/2-inch thick) |
0.87 ounce brown gravy mix |
1/2 cup cold water |
1/2 cup light sour cream |
Directions:
1. 1. Cook noodles according to package directions; drain. Keep warm. 2. 2. Stir-fry ground beef over medium heat with garlic until no longer pink. Season with salt and pepper. 3. 3. Heat remaining 2 tsp oil in same skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add mushrooms; cook and stir 2 minutes or until tender. Remove from heat. Add gravy mix and water; stir to blend well. Return to heat; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 1 minute or until sauce is thickened, stirring frequently. Return beef to skillet. Add sour cream. Heat through. Serve over noodles. |
