My family loves this-we never have leftovers. It is super EASY:) Ingredients:
1 tablespoon vegetable oil |
1 lb stewing beef |
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can mushroom and onion soup |
1 (14 ounce) can beef broth |
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce |
3 cups uncooked rotini pasta |
1 cup frozen peas |
1/2 cup sour cream |
black pepper |
Directions:
1. Heat oil add beef and brown. 2. Add soup, broth and Worcestershire sauce, heat to a boil stirring often. 3. Add pasta and peas cook at medium heat about 10 minutes or until pasta is cooked. 4. Sir in sour cream gently. 5. Serve immediately. 6. Sprinkle with pepper. |
