This is a really easy recipe that I got from my mother. It is a good meal for someone who doesn't have a lot of time. Ingredients:
1 -2 lb beef stew meat |
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can green beans |
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can corn |
16 ounces tomato sauce |
16 ounces tomatoes |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1 small onion |
1 lb baby carrots |
5 potatoes |
Directions:
1. Brown and tenderize the stew meat. 2. Chop the onion. 3. Dice the potatoes. 4. Place all the ingredients in the crockpot except the stew meat. 5. Add 1/3 cup water. 6. Place the stew meat on top of the rest of the ingredients in the crockpot. 7. Cook on low for eight hours. |
