A quick easy grill recipe
Ingredients:
2 lbs beef sirloin
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon curry powder
1 medium onion, minced
2 minced garlic cloves
Directions:
1. Cut meat into 1 inch cubes and place in a zipper bag.
2. In 2-cup measure, mix remaining ingredients, and pour over meat.
3. Marinate 30 minutes at room temperature, or in frige if longer.
4. Thread on skewers, and grill about 8 minutes, turning halfway through.
