Haven't tried this yet but it seems really quick since it uses roast beef from the deli. Ingredients:
2 teaspoons lime juice |
2 teaspoons water |
1 garlic clove |
1/2 teaspoon chili powder |
1/2 teaspoon oregano |
1/2 lb roast beef (use sandwich meat from the deli) |
flour tortilla |
1/2 cup tomato |
1 teaspoon green onion |
2 teaspoons taco sauce |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350F degrees. 2. Combinr first 6 ingredients and wrap in foil. 3. Heat for 10-15 minutes. 4. Mix tomato, green onion and taco sauce. 5. Use as garnish. 6. Wrap in warm tortillas. |
