Low Carb Slow Cooker Recipes Serves 6 Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs beef stew meat, cut in 1 inch cubes |
2 tablespoons cooking oil |
1 (10 ounce) can cream of celery soup |
1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup |
3/4 cup burgundy wine |
1 ounce dry onion soup mix |
8 ounces sliced fresh mushrooms |
hot cooked pasta or rice |
Directions:
1. In large skillet, brown the meat, draining off the fat. Place in slow cooker. 2. Combine celery soup, mushroom soup, wine and soup mix. Pour over meat in cooker. 3. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours. Serve over hot pasta. |
