Easy Beans and Franks Soup |

For my husband and kids; Betty Crocker. Ingredients:
1 (28 ounce) can baked beans with bacon and brown sugar, undrained |
1 (11 1/2 ounce) can vegetable juice |
6 hot dogs, cut into 1-inch slices |
3 medium carrots, chopped (1 1/2 cups) |
1 large onion, chopped (1 cup) |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce, to taste |
Directions:
1. In a 2 quart saucepan, mix baked beans, vegetable juice, hot dogs, carrots, onion, garlic, and Worcestershire sauce. 2. Heat to boiling; decrease heat. 3. Simmer, uncovered, for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until carrots are tender. |
