A really easy soup thats quick to make and kids eat. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons olive oil |
1 large chopped onion |
1 chopped garlic clove |
1 (420 g) can baked beans |
2 tablespoons tomato ketchup |
1 teaspoon mixed herbs |
1 1/4 liters vegetable stock |
3 ounces small shell pasta, shapes |
Directions:
1. Heat olive oil in a large saucepan and cook the onion and garlic until softened. 2. Add the rest of the ingredients. 3. Simmer for 10 minutes or until pasta is tender. |
