This recipe is so easy to make. Chicken breasts loaded with a simply good honey barbecue sauce. I like to use the extra sauce on mashed potatoes to complete the meal. Ingredients:
3/4 cup barbecue sauce |
3/4 cup honey |
1/2 cup ketchup |
1 onion, chopped |
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). 2. In a medium bowl, combine the barbecue sauce, honey, ketchup and onion and mix well. Place chicken in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Pour sauce over the chicken and cover dish with foil. 3. Bake at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until chicken juices run clear. |
