use with any sauce you like (teriyaki sauce, sweet and sour sauce, etc) Ingredients:
400 gram pork tenderloin, 500 gram raw |
20 gram soy sauce |
15 gram cornstarch |
20 gram wine, rice |
10 ml canola oil |
Directions:
1. cut pork into 1 cm thick coin 2. mix soy sauce, wine and cornstarch 3. marinate pork for at least 10 minutes 4. heat oil and pan fry the pork until both sides are brown and done |
