Easy Basic Muffins

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups flour
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup applesauce
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 Fahrenheit.
2. Now combine flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder together in a mixing bowl.
3. Add soy milk and or water and oil. Mix together.
4. Place baking cups in a muffin pan, pour mix into baking cups or just spray your muffin pan with cooking spray and pour into the pan like I do and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
5. How many you make depends on how big your pan is and how much is poured into each muffin.
6. Note: this is a very plain but delicious recipe. I love it. They?re good for breakfast with your coffee, tea, etc.; though I eat them at anytime.
