This comes from the Favre Family Cookbook. It's easy, tasty, and doesn't last long on a buffet table. Ingredients:
2 lbs shrimp, peeled (15 to 20 per pound) |
1 cup butter |
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper |
1/4 cup worcestershire sauce |
2 tablespoons garlic powder |
1 tablespoon oregano |
2 tablespoons parsley |
1/4 cup barbecue sauce |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
2 tablespoons salt |
Directions:
1. Place shrimp in a casserole dish. In a bowl, melt butter and mix remaining ingredients together. Pour over shrimp and bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Serve with French bread, if desired. |
