Easy to make and delicious. Frost with a chocolate frosting. Ingredients:
1 (18 ounce) pkge. yellow cake mix |
1 (3 ounce) pkge. instant vanilla pudding |
1 cup mashed ripe banana |
4 eggs |
1/2 cup oil |
1/2 cup milk |
2 cups miniature chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, oil, milk, pudding and bananas and beat on medium speed for 4 minutes. Fold in chocolate chips. 2. Pour into prepared muffin cups. 3. Bake at 350 degrees for 22 minutes. |
