I started making this for my 3 year for old who wont eat anything. The whole family ended up loving it, and my toddler demands it at least 3 times a week for breakfast. Ingredients:
2 medium ripe bananas |
1 c. cottage cheese |
1 c plain yogurt |
2 eggs |
1 tbl lemon juice |
3 tbl honey |
1/4 c flour |
1 tsp vanilla |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 2. Spray 9 pan with cooking spray 3. Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix with mixer until very smooth 4. Pour into pie pan 5. Bake for 20-25 minutes 6. Refridgerate overnight |
