kids love it. Ingredients:
1 (18 1/4 ounce) box yellow cake mix |
2 bananas, mashed |
1 cup water |
1/3 cup oil |
3 eggs |
1 (8 ounce) cool whip |
1 (1 ounce) box banana cream instant pudding |
Directions:
1. blend cake mix, water, oil, eggs and bananas in a large bowl until moistened. beat with a mixer for 2 minutes.
2. bake 350 for 35-40 minutes.
3. cool cake completely.
4. for frosting: mix together cool whip and banana cream pudding mix. spread on cooled cake.
5. store in the frig.
