This side dish is a family favorite with our Easter ham. Ingredients:
1 egg |
1 (15 ounce) can crushed pineapple |
1/2 cup milk |
1/2 cup white sugar |
3 tablespoons tapioca |
ground cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). 2. Whisk egg in a bowl; mix pineapple, milk, sugar, and tapioca into egg. Pour mixture into an 8-inch square baking dish. 3. Bake in the preheated oven until sauce has reduced, about 30 minutes. Sprinkle with cinnamon. |
